A big part of this game is exploring... I understand the rat race to get the best gear asap, but remember that theres more to the game then that. If you happen to notice where the photos are taken then good! if not then maybe you should explore a little bit! theres tons of cool things to find. ( i've found all of these tomes and grims thanks to teammates and exploration. So many people ask me about tomes and grimoirs that i decided to make a quick guide on what they do. I've yet to find tomes or grims in any other maps, but will post about it when i find them! If you have anything to add im glad to hear about it.)


STAMINA are the little shields that show up, when you block.

LUCK affects what you get when you open a Chest.

Options > Audio Settings > VOIP > ON

Pressing "I" while in the inn (pregame lobby) opens inventory
Pressing "F" while in the inn (pregame lobby) opens the forge

All bombs have enhanced versions of themselves. The bomb has a gold design on it and has the prefix "Enhanced". The gold can be seen while the bomb is on the ground to be a bit mor identafiable. These bombs are usually acquired from the Loot rat.

Well from what i've noticed the differences in rarity go like this:
Besides the enhancments changing i've noticed that a white staff will take 4 shots to kill a normal Skaven on hard mode, while a blue staff takes 1 hit hard mode skavens even though the stats stay the same.

White: no enhancments
Green: 1 enhancment
Blue: 2 enhancments
Orange: 3 enhancments cant be scrapped or combined
Red: 4 enhancments cant be scrapped or combined



LOOT DIE: When you loot these from either chests or Loot rats your whole party shares the extra die, it adds Cursed Bonus Die to your DIE POOL at the end of the match.

TOMES: Replace your HEALING slot with a book that can be dropped and picked up again, they add Tome DIE at the end of the match per tome you have.

GRIMOIRS: Replace your POTION slot, These books are well hidden and take a % of your whole parties health when you pick them up. If used they will be dropped will dissapear forever and restore your parties missing health bar ( does not heal). They also give you Skaven DIE at the end of the match per grimoir.

All dice have 6 Sides

Regular die: 2/6 sides have loot mark
Cursed die: 3/6 sides have loot mark
Tome die: 4/6 sides have loot mark
Skaven die: 6/6 sides have loot mark

So at the end of every match you get die that help you roll for items. What die you get depends on if you had any tomes or grimoirs at the end of the mission, or if you looted any loot die.


So i've come to learn that difficulty is obviously really important, but the differences are not as big as you might think.
(rlvl = recommended level) <-- in my experience level = knowledge and honed skill. I usually have a higher success rate with players of recommended level on their corresponding difficulties.

Easy mode : (rlvl: 0) CLICK ME

Normal mode : (rlvl: 0) is for experience farming

Hard mode : (rlvl: 10+)green items should be a minimum and a decent knowledge of the game mechanics and general stratagey

Nightmare mode : (rlvl: 15+) blue items should be a minimum depending on your skill with head shots. This is my favorite difficutly because it gives great XP and rare gear chance for amount of time played (and remember grims are optional!).

I dont have enough experience in Chaos mode to comment on it but i've tried and only lasted 10 minutes.
